Welcome to SOIRC Membership SUBSCRIPTIONS

We are more than a typical Society. We are a growing team of photographers, experiencers, seekers and community leaders committed to examining spirit-orb phenomena with curiosity, integrity and respect.
SOIRC—the Spirit-Orb Institute of Research and Communication—is a registered British Columbia society devoted to research, documentation, education and responsible public conversation surrounding spirit-orb experiences.
For generations, pioneers in psychical research, spirit photography, mediumship and consciousness studies asked difficult questions about experiences that conventional explanations could not always settle.
Their work deserves to be remembered, examined and continued.
As a SOIRC member, you become part of that continuation. You help preserve photographs, observations, testimony and research for those who will come after us. We do not require members to accept one explanation. We encourage careful observation, honest reporting and respectful discussion.
Our guiding principle is simple:
Document first. Examine carefully. Interpret responsibly.
How SOIRC Supports You
SOIRC provides a respectful place to ask questions, share experiences and improve your ability to document unusual photographic phenomena.
You Are Part of the Work
SOIRC is still growing—and that is precisely why your membership matters.
You are not arriving after everything has already been decided. You are joining during the building years, when today’s choices will shape tomorrow’s archive, educational programs, research standards, public events and international symposium.
You are among the early members helping establish something that can outlive any one photograph, experience or individual.
