Refund Policy
SOIRC members may request a refund of their annual membership fee within 11 calendar days of the original membership purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted through the contact method provided on the SOIRC website.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the membership purchase.
Cancellation of automatic renewal does not, by itself, constitute a request for a refund of the current membership period.
